We will make every effort to keep your order as close to the image and description as possible, we reserve the right to replace certain elements if particular flowers or containers are not in season or stock.
We promise to deliver you a beautiful arrangement that will be lovingly designed always using only the freshest products that we source on daily basis at the local auction, from available imports and direct from local farmers.
Flowers are a natural- thing and sometimes they behave in an unpredictable way. If you feel that your arrangement is not living up to the standards you wish and doesn’t give that warm fuzzy smiling feeling, please give us a call to discuss your issues to see what we can do – an exchange will be done as agreed. Please don’t forget to give them fresh water daily as this is their “food” and this goes along way to keeping them happy and nourished.
What do we deliver?
We offer same day deliveries if you place the order by 11am during the week day and 9am on Saturday local time and if it is within a 15km radius. If the delivery area is outside the a 15km radius, we will need a 24-hour notice period so that we can take into account any special requirements. If you want a specific product in your order, we will require 24-hour notice to give us time to source your special request. Sundays is our staff’s day of rest, so we like to stick to this agreement with them to keep hem motivated. We also give our staff Public Holidays off in line with industry standards, so we are unavailable for deliveries.
Those special, high demand flower days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc. We will need to restrict the number of deliveries we can take on, to avoid being disappointed a good way to overcome this is to place and pay for your order at least a week before to ensure being allocated a delivery.
Information allows us to do our job properly.
When placing your orders, please try your best to give us up to date contact information. You will see that there are mandatory fields, they are put in so that we can do our job correctly first time. If there is anything, we need to know that is extra to help us along our way we would love to know. As far as possible when you request a delivery, please check to see if there is someone at home before. Surprises are divine as well.

We usually deliver between 09:00 and 16:00 each week day and 8:30 and 12:30 on a Saturday. We will always do our best to be there if you require a specific time delivery but please remember that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances that we can’t control like traffic jams.
Our delivery fee
Delivery fee ranges from R55-00 upwards – area depending. When you are a checking out, we will take it that you have read the agree with our thought process.
